Frequently asked questions

Although we're young. We have been designing and producing uniforms for Kiwi and International athletes for close to 5 years.

Returns and Exchanges operate on a case by case basis. 

Please view and read our returns policy before completing your purchase.

We currently offer samples and try on rowsuits to schools and clubs based in the Canterbury region. A deposit is required when dealing with samples in the scenario of stolen or damaged property. 

For sizing to athletes based outside of the Canterbury region please refer to our size guide on each product. We have our reccomended rule of thumb sizing based on each product. 

Dependt on the product's purchased our usual turnaround time is between 4-6 weeks from confirmed payment. If there is any updates or delays during this process we will keep you updated. 

If the product is in stock on our website we will ship these products within 5 buisness days of your purchase. 

For club order we will organise a bulk shipment with you. 

For purchase of an item in stock we will ship these items to you.
